Spring

It's been a while since I posted. Spring has definitely arrived in Denver. The flowers are everywhere. Walking in the morning is such a joy.

I have been working on my dissertation frantically. I sent in chapter 1 and my advisor consulted the co-advisor, J. Now J is high maintenance. She doesn't ever give advice - just tells you to do more. Which she did. So I'm gritting my teeth and working through it.

Going through the ups and downs of my health. I'm still following a really healthy diet and taking piles of supplements. Went for a mammogram last week - clean. Joy, exhilarion and happiness.

Met someone on one of the boards the other day. What a wonderful feeling to talk to someone who knows exactly what I'm going through. We talked for 3 hours over tea at a local cafe.
