At the risk of sounding like a cross between Pollyanna and a New Age convert, I have to say, I am having a wonderful day.

This morning I took time to enjoy a cup of 365 organic green tea. I was intensely aware of the privilege of not being in a hurry, of being able to enjoy the moment.

DH took me to Whole Foods for breakfast. I can really recommend the salmon teriyaki. The weather is still perfectly mild so walking was totally pleasant today. What a delight to enjoy every minute of the day.
